The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Sierra at 6:28 p.m.

Peter Kudla with MRA; Joe Gaughan and Ryan Holtman with Design Studios;
John Stafford, Kenvin Kennedy and Mike Kibbee with HKS; Diane Lipovsky
with Super Bloom; and Dylan Sielaff with K2 Residential Solution presented
information and answered questions from Council regarding the proposed
request for the Planned Unit Development at 3690 South Jason Street.

Approval of a contract with Summers Construction, Inc for the South
Acoma Street Drainage Improvements Phase 2 Project in the amount of
$1,610,650.00 with allowance for a 10% contingency in the amount of
