All testimony was given under oath. Planner II Will Charles presented information regarding the proposed request for the Planned Unit Development at 3690 South Jason Street. Peter Kudla with MRA; Joe Gaughan and Ryan Holtman with Design Studios; John Stafford, Kenvin Kennedy and Mike Kibbee with HKS; Diane Lipovsky with Super Bloom; and Dylan Sielaff with K2 Residential Solution presented information and answered questions from Council regarding the proposed request for the Planned Unit Development at 3690 South Jason Street. 1 citizen spoke in favor of the Planned Unit Development at 3690 South Jason Street. No citizens spoke in opposition of the Planned Unit Development at 3690 South Jason Street.
