The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Sierra at 6:02 p.m.

A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, ACTING BY
AND THROUGH ITS SEWER UTILITY ENTERPRISE, AUTHORIZING A
LOAN FROM THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING SEWER CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS AS PART OF THE CITY’S ONE WATER
MODERNIZATION PROGRAM – SEWER UTILITY SYSTEM PROJECT;
APPROVING A WIFIA LOAN AGREEMENT AND THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVENUE BOND TO EVIDENCE THE REPAYMENT OBLIGATION;
PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE BOND FROM THE OPERATION
OF THE SEWER UTILITY SYSTEM; AND PROVIDING OTHER DETAILS
AND APPROVING RELATED DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE
LOAN.

MOTION TO MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR A CONFERENCE
WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING LEGAL
ADVICE ON SPECIFIC LEGAL QUESTIONS UNDER C.R.S. SECTION 24-6-
402(4)(B).
