HomeMy WebLinkAbout2022-06-06 (Regular) Meeting Minutes MINUTES City Council Regular Meeting Monday, June 6, 2022 1000 Englewood Parkway - 2nd Floor Council Chambers 6:00 PM 1 Study Session Topic a) City Attorney Tamara Niles and outside legal consultant Hilary Graham were present to discuss the proposed administrative revisions to the City Charter. b) Finance Manager Kevin Engels and Jim Hinkle from the City's financial auditing firm, Hinkle and Company Inc., were present to discuss the 2021 Audited Annual Report and audit results. c) City Manager Shawn Lewis and David Flaherty with Magellan Strategies were present to discuss the tax ballot survey results. d) Director of Parks, Recreation, Library, and Golf Christina Underhill, Events Supervisor Toni Arnoldy and Fire Marshall Mike Smith were present to discuss the Fourth of July event and proposed changes to the event. e) Director of Public Works Maria D'Andrea was present to discuss the Englewood Environmental Foundation Dissolution. The meeting recessed at 8:02 p.m. for a break. Council Member Ward responded to Public Comment. 9 Consent Agenda Items Council Member Russell removed Agenda Items 9(b)(i-ii) from Consent Agenda. Mayor Sierra removed Agenda Item 9(c)(ii) from Consent Agenda.
