Discussion ensued on amendments for the proclamation. Council Member Ward responded to Public Comment. 9 Consent Agenda Items Council Member Russell removed Agenda Items 9(a)(i) and 9(a)(ii) from Consent Agenda. a) Approval of Ordinances on First Reading i) CB 26 - Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Englewood and the Englewood Downtown Development Authority (EDDA).
