1 Call to Order
The Hybrid Special/Regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to
order by Mayor Olson at 6:01 p.m.

Fund financial report.
c) Darren Hollingsworth, Economics Development Manager, with ACE members
Nathan Hoag and David Carroll were present to discuss the future of the
Alliance for Commerce in Englewood committee.
d) Director of Public Works Maria D'Andrea was present to discuss a brief status
update on the US 85 Planning & Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study.
e) Director of Public Works Maria D'Andrea was present to discuss a
comprehensive list of missing/gap sidewalk segments and prioritization for
construction.

Englewood Downtown Development Authority debt authorization.
b) Erika Zierke, an Englewood resident and business owner, addressed Council
regarding Englewood Downtown Development Authority.
c) Mary Hanks, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Jason Park.
d) Laura MacKenzie, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding
unfenced off-leash dog access at Jason and Centennial Park.
e) Steven Kelly, an Englewood resident, submitted written public comment
regarding dog parks and finding a compromise with a mediator.
8 Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment
a) Jerry Walker, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Pubic
Works and the Police.
Council Member Ward responded to Public Comment.
9 Consent Agenda Items
Council Member Russell removed Agenda Items 9(a)(i) and 9(a)(ii) from Consent
Agenda.
a) Approval of Ordinances on First Reading
i) CB 26 - Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the
City of Englewood and the Englewood Downtown Development Authority
(EDDA).
