Report on interviews and references. Video interviews can also be provided to the City. 9Page 10 of 17 Our Process (cont’d.) Facilitate selection of finalists for interview. Arrange for additional background inquiries prior to interview. Criminal, credit, motor vehicle and educational verification. Prepare interview questions and procedures for review, editing and comment. 10Page 11 of 17 Our Process (cont’d.) Develop a customized final selection process based on conversations with the City.
