The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Olson at 7:10 p.m.

i) Renewal First Appearance Defense Counsel
Approval for the renewal of a professional service agreement contract
for First Appearance Defense Counsel. The terms of the original
contract was only for 6 months. This amended agreement will be for
the entire 2019 year time frame.
ii) Purchase Pirates Cove Shade Umbrellas

been discussed and agreed to by city staff and the EEA.
