Olson at 7:00 p.m.

i) Member Barrentine expressed concerns regarding emergency
management for the city.

Seconded by Council Member Rita Russell
Motion to, on an emergency basis, designate Arapahoe County as the
provider of emergency management for the City of Englewood until the
City can designate an employee for emergency management or create an
emergency management plan.
Discussion ensued.
Council Member Barrentine withdrew her motion.

Motion to adopt the Council's consensus from the April 8, 2019 Study
Session to bring forward, as soon as reasonably possible, an
intergovernmental agreement with Arapahoe County to serve as our
emergency management team and to back us up in any emergencies.
