c) Mark McIntosh was scheduled to address Council regarding Change the Trend
but was not present.
d) Kathleen Bailey, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding hopes
of the new City Manager implementing positive changes rather than more of
the same.

f) Marcy Brown, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding
construction in the City.
g) Doug Cohn, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding historic

a) Steven Kelly, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding storm
water and national night out.
b) Thora Lind addressed Council regarding safety and storm water.
c) Jan Brown, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding the 4th of
July festivities, welcoming Shawn Lewis to the City and thanked the Police
Department for a great job.

Approval of the Tyler Technologies contract amendment. The City will
receive a credit of $50,073 for fees paid for these modules on past
invoices. Future Saas fees for the remaining modules would be reduced
from $41, 187 to $25,320 quarterly upon execution of the contract
amendment.
