RESOLUTION NO. 71, SERIES OF 2019 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING A POLICY TO ALLOW FOR RELIGIOUS ASSEMBLIES TO APPLY FOR A CONDITIONAL PERMIT TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY TEMPORARY SHELTER DURING WINTER WEATHER RELATED EMERGENCIES BETWEEN DECEMBER, 2019 AND MAY, 2020.
