For Joe Anderson (Seconded By) x Dave Cuesta Rita Russell Othoniel Sierra John Stone (Moved By) Cheryl Wink Linda Olson X X X X X 6 Against Abstained X 0 Motion CARRIED. 5 CEAC Policy Recommendation a) Code Enforcement Advisory Committee discussed the letter submitted to City Council regarding modifications to the Code of Ordinances MCC 7-1 regarding protections for all domesticated animals. 6 Transportation Safety Strategies a) Director of Public Works Maria D'Andrea and Police Chief John Collins discussed strategies to improve transportation safety, including addressing crosswalk safety concerns. 7 Break -6:48 to 6:55 8 Walkability in Englewood a) Senior Planner John Voboril and Capital Projects Engineer Jake Warren discussed walkability initiatives underway, planned, and desired by Council. 9 Board and Commissions Handbook a) City Attorney Alison McKenney Brown and City Clerk Stephanie Carlile were Page 2 of 3 present to discuss suggested revisions to the Board and Commission's Handbook. 10 Covid-19 Update 11 Reports from Board and Commission Council Liaisons 12 Council Member's Choice a) City Council discussed returning to in-person meetings. 13 City Manager's Choice 14 City Attorney's Choice 15 Adjournment Roll call was taken to adjourn the meeting -Seven Ayes.
