The meeting recessed at 6:55 p.m. for a break. The meeting reconvened at 7:05 p.m. with all Council Members present. Council Member Stone announced he will be resigning, effective immediately, as a Council Member at Large for the City of Englewood. City Council agreed with his decision to not participate in the remainder of the business meeting. The meeting recessed at 7:13 p.m. for a break.
