The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Olson at 6:00 p.m.

4 Study Session Topic
a) The Historic Preservation Commission and Planner II Erik Sampson were
present to discuss the proposed changes to Title 16-6-11.
b) Assistant to the City Manager Tim Dodd was present to discuss the process to
track state and federal legislation for Council feedback.
c) Assistant to the City Manager Tim Dodd was present to discuss a policy
relative to the development and approval of proclamations.
d) City Council discussed whether to move to hybrid or in-person meetings.
City Council reached a consensus to return to in-person meetings beginning
June 7, 2021.
