Council Member Anderson Responded to Public Comment. 9 Consent Agenda Items Moved by Council Member Wink, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Sierra to approve Consent Agenda Items 9(a)(i-ii), 9(b)(i) and 9(c)(i -vi). a) Approval of Ordinances on First Reading i) CB 02 -IGA with Denver Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) COUNCIL BILL NO. 2, INTRODUCED BY COUNCIL MEMBER WINK A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (URBAN AREA SECURITY IN/TIA TIVE) BETWEEN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, Page 4 of 11 City Council Regular January 21, 2020 COLORADO AND THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO. ii) CB 03 -Amendment to IGA between Arapahoe County and Englewood Police DTRS COUNCIL BILL NO. 3, INTRODUCED BY COUNCIL MEMBER WINK A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF ARAPAHOE REGARDING SHARED USE OF ARAPAHOE COUNTY'S RADIO COMMUN/CATIONS NETWORK SYSTEM [AND CONSOL/DA TED COMMUN/CATIONS NETWORK OF COLORADO (CCNC)]. b) Approval of Ordinances on Second Reading. i) CB 01 -Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arapahoe County and the City of Englewood, Colorado for Sharing the Cost of a Census Coordinator Position in Arapahoe County ORDINANCE NO. 1, SERIES OF 2020 (COUNCIL BILL NO. 1, INTRODUCED BY COUNCIL MEMBER SIERRA) AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARAPAHOE COUNTY, COLORADO AND THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, FOR SHARING THE COST OF A CENSUS COORDINATOR POSITION IN ARAPAHOE COUNTY. c) Resolutions and Motions i) Purchase Order Approval for Annual Alum Sulfate Chemicals Staff recommends approving the attached resolution for the approval of a purchase order with Chem Trade Chemicals US, in the amount of $145,000, to purchase alum sulfate for use in water production at the Allen Water Treatment Plant. Motion MOTION CARRIED. ii) 2020 Bulk Fuel Purchase RESOLUTION NO. 6, SERIES OF 2020 A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF FUEL FROM HILL PETROLEUM UNDER THE TERMS OF THE COLORADO MULTIPLE ASSEMBLY OF PROCUREMENT OFFICIALS (MAPO) COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT. iii) Approval Authorization of the Annual Highway User Tax Fund (HUTF) Page 5 of 11 City Council Regular January 21, 2020 Report Approval of the attached Signature Sheet for the Annual HUTF Certification of Condition and Mileage Report to be submitted to the Colorado Department of Transportation (COOT) by February 3, 2020. iv) Approval of Change Order with Ground Engineering for Police Headquarters Building Approval of Change Order No. 2 with Ground Engineering for additional concrete & structural steel testing related to the Pol ice Headquarters Building Project in the amount of $3,824.00. v) Council Liaison Discussion Approval of Council liaison positions for the upcoming year and assign members of Council to those boards/commissions/committees. vi) VOCA Grant RESOLUTION NO. 7, SERIES OF 2020 A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD'S POLICE DEPARTMENT GRANT APPL/CATION FOR CRIME VICTIM SERVICES (CVS) GRANT FUNDS FOR A PART TIME VICTIM ADVOCATE. vii) AIIHealth Network Agreement Approval of a contract between the Englewood Police Department and Alf Health Network for mental and behavioral health services partnership in the amount of $132,002.00.
