The meeting recessed at 7:29 p.m. for a break. The meeting reconvened at 7:34 p.m. with all Council Members present. 5 Consideration of Minutes of Previous Session a) Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of June 15, 2020. Council Member Wink returned to the meeting from the break at 9:21 p.m. 12 Covid-19 Update 13 General Discussion a) Mayor's Choice i) City Council discussed mandating face masks. Discussion ensued. Moved by Council Member John Stone Seconded by Council Member Cheryl Wink Motion to direct City Manager Lewis, in accordance with Ordinance 10, Series 2020, to mandate masks to be worn in Englewood businesses, government offices, and public transit. The mandate will take effect Thursday, July 9, 2020. Discussion ensued. Moved by Council Member Joe Anderson Seconded by Council Member Linda Olson Motion to amend the implementation of this order from Thursday, July 9, 2020 to Friday, July 10, 2020 at 8 am.
