The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Olson at 7:05 p.m.

Development Center (SBDC) provided an update on our strategic economic
partnership.
b) Steven White from the US Small Business Administration spoke on behalf of
Frances Padilla, District Director, from the Small Business Administration.
c) Doug Cohn, an Englewoood resident, addressed Council regarding historic
preservation.
7 Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment
a) Geoff Frazier, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Colorado
Open Records Act.
b) Vicki Hoffmann, addressed Council regarding sewer bills
c) C. Ann Dickerson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding leash
laws in the parks.
d) Tammy Williamson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding short
term rentals.

Staff recommends that Council approve by motion a contract for annual flowers
for the Parks Department's annual flower beds throughout the parks and flower
pots on Broadway to the lowest bidder, Emerald Isle Landscaping.

MARIJUANA LICENSING AUTHORITY FOR THE CITY OF
ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, AND SETTING FORTH THE TERMS OF
SUCH APPOINTMENT.
ii) Golf Carts
Approval to purchase golf carts from Masek Golf Cars of Colorado in the
amount of $257,436.00.
