District 1 City Council Swearing In . i) The Mayor Pro Tern asked the City Clerk to announce the status of the election. City Clerk Carlile said, based on the Official Election Results provided by Arapahoe County, The newly elected Council Member is: Council Member District 1 Othoniel Sierra. ii) City Council made a determination of the election and qualifications of its membership. Discussion ensued regarding the City Council policy of electing Mayor Pro Tern by secret ballot. The meeting recessed to reset voting panels and nameplates at 8:26 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 8:32 p.m. will all seven members present. ix) Recognition of family and/or guests of the newly-elected Member of City Council. 6 Recognition of Scheduled Public Comment a) Doug Cohn, an Englewood resident, was scheduled to address Council but was not present. 7 Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment a) Jerry Walker, an Englewood resident addressed Council regarding improper Executive Session . b) Nathan Hoag , an Englewood resident addressed Council regarding Change the Trend .
