Council Member Russell responded to Public Comment. The meeting recessed at 7:40 p.m. for a break. ORDINANCE NO. 35, SERIES OF 2022 (COUNCIL BILL NO. 38 INTRODUCED BY COUNCIL MEMBER WOODWARD) AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ENGLEWOOD DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, ENGLEWOOD SCHOOLS, AND THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD REGARDING TAX INCREMENT REVENUES.
