Joe Anderson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Giving Heart and homeless issues. e) Art Emison addressed Council regarding W. Adriatic Place. f) Cathy Woody, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding a Citywide immigration policy. Council responded to Public Comment. The meeting recessed at 8:52 p.m. for a break. The meeting reconvened at 9:02 p.m. with all Council Members present. 8 Communications, Proclamations, and Appointments There were no communications, proclamations, or appointments. 9 Consent Agenda Items Moved by Council Member Rick Gillit, seconded by Council Member Linda Olson to approve Consent Agenda Items 9 (b) (i -ii). Council Member Rita Russell removed Agenda Item 9 (b) (i) from Consent Agenda. a) Approval of Ordinances on First Reading There were no items submitted for approval on first reading. b) Approval of Ordinances on Second Reading. i) Amendment to 7-3-3(A)(ii)(c) Distancing Requirement and the addition of §7-3-3(A)(ii)(d) exempting those with currently established residences from the application of §7-3-3.
