Chairperson of the Budget Advisory Committee addressed Council regarding the proposed 2018 Budget. One Citizen had questions regarding the proposed 2018 Budget. No Citizens spoke in favor of the proposed 2018 Budget. Three Citizens spoke in opposition of the proposed 2018 Budget.
