"Space Theory" is featured in November. Jillian Knudtson, a 3rd Grader at Charles Hay World School. "Winter Birds," is featured in December. b) Kathleen Bailey, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding being present during Council Meetings. c) Doug Cohn, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Englewood's history and the Englewood Speedway. d) Jim Jordan, an Englewood resident, was scheduled to address Council regarding censorship but was not present. e) Brenda Hubka, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding roll off dumpsters and code enforcement. f) Elaine Hults, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Charter rules, regulations and the definition of "present". g) Carolyn Marshall addressed Council regarding ADU's. 7 Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment No one signed up to speak under unscheduled public comment.
