1. Call to Order
The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor Jefferson at 7:39 p.m.

(i) Manager Hogan presented a recommendation from the Public Works Department to
approve a motion to award a construction contract for $288 ,600 with W.O . Danielson Construction Company for
the ServiCenter PreWash and Wash Facility Project.
COUNCIL MEMBER OLSON MOVED, AND COUNCIL MEMBER YATES SECONDED, TO APPROVE A
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR $288,600 WITH W.O. DANIELSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
THE SERVICENTER PREWASH AND WASH FACILITY PROJECT.

to hear the Amended Notice of Appeal regarding Officer Andrea Friday
MAYOR JEFFERSON MOVED, AND COUNCIL MEMBER BARRENTINE SECONDED, TO APPROVE THE
APPOINTMENT OF THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED HEARING OFFICER TO HEAR THE AMENDED
NOTICE OF APPEAL REGARDING OFFICER ANDREA FRIDAY.
