1. Call to Order
The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor Jefferson at 7:35 p.m .
2 . Invocation.
The invocation was given by Council Member Russell.

(a) Approval of Ordinances on First Readin,g
(i) Director Rinkel presented a recommendation from the Finance and Administrative
Services Department to approve a bill for an ordinance submitting to a vote of the registered electors of the City
of Englewood at the next municipal election November 8, 2016, a ballot question to raise taxes on the sale of
retail marijuana .

(i) Manager Woo presented a recommendation from the Littleton/Englewood Wastewater
Treatment Plant (LIE WWTP) Supervisory Committee to approve , by motion , a contract to the lowest reliable
and responsive bidder, Magna IV Engineering Inc. for the Electrical Preventative Maintenance 2016 Project
located at the LIE WWTP , in the amount of $110,400 .00.

CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS 11 (c) (i) -A CONTRACT TO MAGNA IV ENGINEERING INC FOR THE
ELECTRICAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE 2016 PROJECT LOCATED AT THE UE WWTP, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $110,400.00.

CONSTRUCTION INC . OBA AMERICAN STRIPING COMPANY TO LEASE THE TEJON FIRE STATION
LOCATED AT 3075 SOUTH TEJON STREET ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO.

(iii) Assistant City Manager Robinson presented a recommendation from the City

(i) There was a Call, by Mayor Jefferson, for a Special Meeting for the purpose of entering
into Executive Session with Strategic Government Resources to discuss final candidates for the City Attorney
position on Thursday, July 7, at 8:00 a .m.
Gillit revealed the six City Attorney finalists : Patricia Mulvihill , Andrew Gorgey, Reid Betzing, Dugan Comer,
Alison McKenney and Joseph Michaels.
