The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by
Mayor Jefferson at 7:35 p.m.

The invocation was given by Council Member Olson.

6 Recognition of Scheduled Public Comment
a) Cheryl Mohan-Athey, an Englewood resident , was scheduled to address
Council regarding her home at 3115 S. Acoma Street but was not
present.
b) Robert Ellstrom, an Englewood resident , addressed Council regarding
administrative issues within the City.
c) Joe Anderson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding the
neighborhood rehabilitation project.
d) Scott Gorsky, an Englewood resident, was scheduled to address
Council regarding Citizens for Englewood Schools but was not present.
e) Duan Tucker , an Englewood resident, was scheduled to address
Council regarding Citizens for Englewood Schools but was not present.
f) Coween Dickerson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council
regarding communications.

scheduled to address Council regarding the 2017 proposed budget but

Kathleen Bailey, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding
the Allen Water Plant residuals.
7 Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment
a) Paul Webster, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding the
3400 block of South Broadway.
b) Brian Brockhausen, an Englewood resident, addressed Council
regarding Ordinance 34 -residency restrictions for sex offenders.
c) Andrea Manion, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding
the budget process.
d) Dano Manion, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding
pedestrian safety .
e) April Mackay, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding TPP
Free Zone .
Council Responded to Public Comment.
8 Communications, Proclamations, and Appointments
a) A proclamation declaring October 2016 as Conflict Resolution Month
was considered.
Senator Linda Newell presented Council with a plaque from the
Colorado State Senate, thanking the City of Englewood for their efforts
in participating in Conflict Resolution Month in Colorado.
