AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, AND
SOUTH SUBURBAN PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BIKE TRAIL ALONG THE EAST
SIDE OF THE SOUTH PLATTE RIVER SOUTH OF THE UNION
A VENUE BRIDGE AND NEAR OXFORD A VENUE.

i) The Municipal Court would request that City Council approve by
motion a Professional Services Agreement with Integral
Recoveries-Collection Agency , as a means for the collection of
fines and costs which have been ordered by the Municipal Court.

ii) The Littleton/Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant (LIE WWTP)
Supervisory Committee recommended at its meeting on September
15, 2016 that Council approve, by Motion, a construction contract
for the Lighting Replacement 2016 Project located at the LIE
WWTP. Staff is recommending an award of contract to the lowest
reliable and responsive bidder, McBride Lighting Inc., in the amount
of $351,817.37 . Staff: Engineering Manager Chong Woo
