Council responded to Public Comment. 8 Communications, Proclamations, and Appointments There were no Communications, Proclamations, or Appointments . 9 Consent Agenda Items a) • b) • Approval of Ordinances on First Reading i) Council Bill 46 -To amend the current Englewood Ordinance by repealing the current language under 7-6B-7(1) which states, "Loiter for the purpose of begging" with engage in aggressive panhandling and its definitions, and 7-6B-9 -Begging, by removing language regarding public ways and public place. All testimony was given under oath. Senior Planner Harold Stitt presented information regarding the proposed Englewood Forward Comprehensive Plan Update and submitted a letter from Tri-County Health Department to be entered into the record. Six Englewood residents provided public comment: Coween Dickerson, Patricia Ross, Bill Clayton , Doug Cohn, Kathleen Bailey, and CJ Cullinan .
