1. Call to Order
The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor Penn at 7 :37 p.m .

The invocation was given by Council Member Mccaslin .

6 . Recognition of Scheduled Public Comment
(a) Senator Newell was present to accept the Conflict Resolution Month Proclamation .
(b) Doug Cohn , an Englewood resident , addressed Council regarding General Ironworks.
(c) Elaine Hults, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regard ing selling land and would like a
follow up about the Depot property .
(d) Linda Holloway, from Bessie's Hope , gave Council an introduction on the benefits Bessie 's
Hope prov ides to the community .
7 . Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment
(a) Martha Kirkpatrick, an Englewood resident and Chairman of the Cultural Arts Comm ission ,
informed Council about art in the City of Englewood by famous art ists brought by Museum of Outdoor Arts and
encouraged Council to keep them in the City.
(b) Amy Martinez, an Englewood resident , addressed Council regarding the Museum of Outdoor
Arts . She has a passion for art in the City. She really feels the MOA is an asset to Englewood and would like to
form a committee to find ways to strengthen the relationship with them.

8 . Communications , Proclamations and Appointments
(a) A proclamation declaring the week of Oct. 18 -Oct. 24 , 2015 National Save for Retirement
Week was considered .
