Invocation The invocation was given by Council Member Mccaslin. 3. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Council Member McCaslin. 4 . Recognition of Scheduled Public Comme,t (a) Mr. Devin Barker, representing members of the Englewood Historical Preservation Society, addressed Ci ty Council regard ing the transfer of En glewood Depot to the Soc ie ,y at no cost . He gave the presentation (a handout to Council, whi ch contained a possible proposal to bypass the City's RFP process) and Englewood City Council Nnv~mhor 5, 2012 Page 2 spo,e , bout preserv ing the City's Identity througr, the de po t. He addressed the hard w:irk and money involved :n cari n,i fo r the depot and how the Society Is wl11 lng to undertake this role . The So cie ty 1s looking for a wne ciiange for the depot loca tion, which would allow for a more di•,ers e use of it. 7. Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment (a) GaIy Kozacek, an En glewood resident, discussed the tic ket he received for having an unattached tra ile r. She wondered about the status of the request they made, several m onths ago , for financial aid of $500 .0 0. Council responded to Public Comment. 8. Communications, Proclamations and Appointments {a) A proclamation declaring the month of November as Ameri can Diabetes Month was considered .
