WHEREAS. the City of Englewood Fire Marshal bas thoroughly reviewed the lntc:nauonal Fire
Code 2012 and recommends adoption thereof, subject to certo'·· ,xceplions, r:iodifications and
amt::n<l.mcml;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO , AS FOLLOWS:
Section I . The City Cowicil of the City of Englewood, Colorado hereby authorizes the :epe, I
ofTitk 8, Charter 2, Article E, of the Englewood Mwtlcipal Code 2~00 , in its entirety.
Section 2. The City Coun cil uf U1e City of Englewood , Colorado hereby adopts the
Internat ion al Fire Code 2012 as Title 8, Chapter 2, Article E, of the Engl ewood Municipal Code
2000, to read as follows :
