A RESOLtrrlON TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE PUBLIC !Ml'ROVEMEITT FUND
TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES .
WHEREAS . in 20 l 0 the City began work with AMERSCO to make energy efficiency
improvements 10 various City facilities including Broken Tee Golf Course; and
\\'HEREAS, an internal agreement was made to reimburse the General Fund for
improvements made for th• di rect henefit of Broken Tee Golf Course, including EMS controls for
night setback, water consen•,:ton, lighting, and ligh:i ng control ; and
WHEREAS, the En glewood City Council d!scusscd the City's energy conservation measures
on numerous occasions .
NOW , THERE!'ORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COlJl·<CIL OF THE CITY OF
