S, the Englewood City Cc~ncil amended Ti tle 5, Chapter 7 of the Englewood Municipal Code penaining to Contractor Licensing ·•·ith the pas;age of C. B. 74, Series 2011 ; and WHEREAS, Section 5-7-10 ofC. RECOMMENDED ACTION: EMC Section 5.7 .10 calls for Council to determine and set license and certif:cates of reg'stration fees by resolution . St~ff ,ecommends increasing all contractor license fees by twenty-five dollars (S25 .00j. BACKGROUND, ANAL \"SIS, AND ALTERNATIVES IDENTIFIED: Licens'? fees have not been increased since 1985, whi le costs of processin g licenses and maintaining these records have increased.
