Director Gryglew1cz replied I would have to look 1t up This 1s abou t a third of the pro1ect that we were leasing originally and the original lease was between three to fi ve yea rs and this 1s a three year lease Generally, lm ormat1 on Techn ol ogy equipment becomes obsolete so rapidly that they generally only want to lease for three years This will be a th ree year lease although probably the real life of the equi pmen t will extend beyond that Mayo r Woodward asked ,t there were any oth er questions There we1e none CO UN CI L MEMBER GILLIT MOVED . As we talked ,n the Study Session , we are moving forward w ith an agreement wit h Broken T Pa rtners Some or the key points that we mentioned before were that there will be a S20 ,000 00 Iease payment plus 20% at the util ities payment fo r the clubhouse . discounted lessons for the Englew ood re.;id ents and free instruction fl)r o:Jr Hole-m- One program . I want to make note that on page 7 at the agreement, Section 19 , on th e second to the last se ntence th ere . it shou ld be Section 20 instead at Se ction 24 . We will make that change.
