(a) Dave Chapman and Joe Persh1n, from the Allen Water Treatment Plant , discussed the Bronze
Environmental Achie v~ment Award that the Allen Plant recently received
(b) Fire Marshal Ben Greene presented the ~~IO Fire Prevention Poster Contest Awards, which
was followed by a br ief re ception ,n the Community Room

that he beli eves could possibly be due to old pipes .
(c) Joh n Hargrove spo ke regarding his Snap-On Tool Truck parked in his driveway He re ce iv ed a
c1tat1on and 1s con fused by information surrou ding th e issu an ce of th e c1 tat1on and complainan t.
(d) Mike Cairns stJ'.ed that he has h,s Snap-On Tool Truck oa rked 1n his driveway and he has a
fear of th eft 1f 1t was pa rked on the st ree t He has received vanous complaints in the past from a neighbor

Clarksor. Stree: and install a manhole. Staff recommends awarding the contract to the lowest acceptable
bidder, Wildcat Civil Services, in the amou nt of $104 ,720 .00 .
