Grantee will coopera te wit h TCHD in supplyi ng additional in forma ti on to TCHD , or in comp lying with any procedures which might be required by any governmental agency in ord er fo r TCHD to establish that it has observed all requirements of the law wi th resp ect to this Grant. D. In per formanc e of its obligations und er this Co ntract, Grantee shall comply with all applicable provisions of 45 CF R, Part 74 and 45 CFR Part 92 regarding uniform requir ement s for the administra tion of HHS grants, and principles for determinin g costs appPcab le to activitie s assisted by HHS grants. 15. Reporting Requirements: Grantee shall comply with the specific reporting requirements set forth in the Scope of Work, as we ll as tht: fo ll owing general reporting requirement s: A. A Progress Report substantially in the form attached hereto as Ex hibit D, shall be due, as set fort h in the Scope of Work, and shall include , but not be limited to, the following information: a reasonab ly-d etailed accounting of Grant Funds spent to date, with a detail ed explanation of any variances from the Budget; progress made toward meeti ng objectives outlined in th e Scope of Work and Grant Propo sal; cop ies or examp les of all materi als produ ced as a result of the Proje st; and signed affirmation from the authorized signat ory of Grantee that the rep v'1 has been reviewed and approved . B . A Fina l Report substantia lly in th e form attached heret o as Exhibit E, shall be due as set forth in the Scope of Work. In addi tion to the informat ion referenced in Section I 5(A), the Final Report must include an evaluation of th e impnct of the wo rk completed un der the Grant. C.
