"S ciety"), nuU1 ori zed by Reso luti ons No . 80 ,md No . 8 1, Se ries of 2009.
TI1e City agrees to prov ide an additio nal $25,000 to the Society for the Serv ices to
provide ~mima l shelt eri ng as described here in.
TI1e So ciety agrees to refund the City 50% of any 201 1 net in co me , in excess of $25,000,
befo re deprecia tion, up to th e $25 ,000 prov ided by thi s Addendum .
