The meeting recessed at 6:45 p.m. for a break. Ann Dickerson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding rules about off-leash dogs. b) Jake Gilbert, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding the sidewalk ordinance. c) Kathleen Bailey, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding sales tax revenue. d) Jan Brown, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Be-A-Tool event.
