1 Study Session Topic
a) Englewood Housing Authority's Executive Director Lindsey Gorzalski Hocking
was present to provide an update on Innovative Housing Concepts.
The meeting recessed at 6:45 p.m. for a break.
The meeting reconvened at 7:00 p.m. with five Council Members present,
Mayor Sierra and Council Member Wink were absent.
2 Call to Order
The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro
Tem Ward at 7:00 p.m.

a) Danna Liebert, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding water
efficiency plans.
b) Susan McRae was scheduled to address Council but was not present.
c) Pamela Beets, an Englewood resident, was scheduled to address Council
regarding development but was not present.
8 Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment
a) C. Ann Dickerson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding rules
about off-leash dogs.
b) Jake Gilbert, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding the
sidewalk ordinance.
c) Kathleen Bailey, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding sales
tax revenue.
d) Jan Brown, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Be-A-Tool
event.

9 Consent Agenda Items
Council Member Woodward removed Agenda Item 9(a)(i) from Consent Agenda.
Council Member Russell removed Agenda Item 9(a)(iv) from Consent Agenda.
