The meeting recessed at 6:45 p.m. for a break. Ann Dickerson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding rules about off-leash dogs. b) Jake Gilbert, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding the sidewalk ordinance. c) Kathleen Bailey, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding sales tax revenue. d) Jan Brown, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding Be-A-Tool event. Council Member Woodward responded to Public Comment. 9 Consent Agenda Items Council Member Woodward removed Agenda Item 9(a)(i) from Consent Agenda. Council Member Russell removed Agenda Item 9(a)(iv) from Consent Agenda. COUNCIL BILL NO. 53, INTRODUCED BY COUNCIL MEMBER ANDERSON A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ENGLEWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE THROUGH THE ADDITION OF NEW CRIMINAL OFFENSES THAT MAY BE PROSECUTED IN MUNICIPAL COURT. iv) CB 39 - Amending EMC Sections 7-1A-5, 7-1A-9 and 7-1A-16 regarding animal impoundment.
