ty, Colo rad o , met in regular session at 7 :30 p.m. on December 6 ,
198 2.
May o r Otis, presiding, called the meeting to order.
The invocation was give n by Council Member Fitzpatrick.
The pledge of allegiance was led by Boy Scout Troop 192.
Ma yor Otis asked for roll call. Upon a call of the roll,

Pre-scheduled visitor, Sherman Salaza r, 4742 South Decatur
Street, wa s present. rr. Salazar discussed so me concerns he had
regardin g the amus eme nt devices ordinance.
Coun ci l and the City Attorney provided information to
clarify the qu~stions. Also, Mr. Salazar was given a copy of the
revi sed ordinance .

costs.

partment , Code Enforcemen t Division , has brought to his attention
