The City Council of the City of En1levood, Arapahoe
County, Colorado, met in special ••••ion on January 12, 1981,
at 5:00 p.m.
Mayor Otia, preaiding, called the .. atina to order.
The invocation waa fiven by Council Member ThOIDas
Fitzpatrick. The pledge of a legiance was led by Mayor Otis.
Mayor Otia aaked for roll call. Upon a call of the
roll, the following were preaent: .
Council Member• Bigday, Real, Fitzpatrick, lilo,
Bradabav, Otia.
Abaent: Council Member lteena.
The Mayor declared a quorum present.

Mr. Tom Burna, 3600 South Bannock, Chairman of the
Englewood Housing Authority, appeared before Council and urged
passage of the council bill approving the loan.

OF TRUST ARD DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
COUNCIL MEMBER BRADSHAW !«>VED TO PASS COUNCIL BILL
NO. 22, SERIES OF 1981, OH FIRST READING. Council Member Bilo
seconded the motion.
Council Member Neal stated the money was being taken
from the Public Improvement Fund and instructed staff to let
Council know if any projects in the PIF would be delayed as a
result of this action.
Upon a call of the roll, the vote resulted aa follows:
