(23__ SERIES CJF 2009 A RESOLUT ION SETTING THE LIST OF PERSOKS ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT AS HEARING OFF ICERS FOR DISCIPLINARY AND MERlT APPEALS . WHEREAS. Sect ion 138:3 of the Eng lewood Home Rule Charter provid es tl1 a 1 in maners of di sc iplinary and merit appeals , the Ci ty Cou ncil would appoint hearing officers 10 hold hea rings and make finding s and determinations; and WHEREAS , the pass age of ttus kesolution will provide a li st of persons for appo int ment as hearing officers by City Co uncil for the remai nder of 21'09 and 20 10. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO , THAT : Section I.
