Sect ion 138:3 of the Eng lewood Home Rule Charter provid es tl1 a 1 in maners of di sc iplinary and merit appeals , the Ci ty Cou ncil would appoint hearing officers 10 hold hea rings and make finding s and determinations; and WHEREAS , the pass age of ttus kesolution will provide a li st of persons for appo int ment as hearing officers by City Co uncil for the remai nder of 21'09 and 20 10.
