City of Englewood used in conjunction with the Allen Water

WBBRBAS, South Arapahoe Sanitation Diatrict and Southgate
Sanitation District seek to obtain an ea• ... nt for sanitary
•ewer line• across the real property of the City of EnglewoodJ
and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 37 , Seri•• of 1980, the City of
Englewood and South Arapahoe sanitation Diatrict and Southgate
Sanitation District entered into an agreement to provide for a
permanent eaaementJ and
WBBRBAS, each of the partiea baa fully performed their
obligation• pursuant to aaid Ordinance No. 37 , Series of 1980,
and it is now neceasary to legally tranaf•r to South Arapahoe
Sanitation District and Southgate Sanitation District a permanent
eaaement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO:
Section 1. The City of Enqlewood, South Arapahoe Sanitation
District and Southgate Sanitation District hereby enter into that
document titled "Permanent Easement" attached hereto as Exhibit A
and incorporated herein by reference containing the following
