ORDINANCE NO. 53 , SERIES OF 1975
AN ORDIN ANCE REZONING SEVERAL DISCONNECTED PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN
THE CIT Y OF ENGLEWOOD, ARAPAHOE COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO, FROM
R-3-B , MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT, TO R-3, HIGH DENSITY
RESIDEN CE DISTRICT, AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL CITY ZONING MAP
ACCO RDIN GLY.
WH EREAS, pursuant to Section 22.3 of the Comprehensive Zon-
ing Or dinance, a Public Hearing was held before the City Planning
and Zo n i ng Commission on October 22, 1975, to rezone several par-
cels of land within the city from R-3-B, Multi-Family Residence
Distric t, to R-3, High Density Residence District; and
WHE REAS, said Planning and Zoning Commission has considered
the proposed amendment and map change and has submitted its favor-
able rec ommendation to the City Council therefor; and
WHE REAS, pursuant to Section 22.3 of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinanc e a Public Hearing was held before the City Council on
to rezone said parcels according to the above
designati ons; and
WHE REAS, public necessity, convenience, health, safety, the
general welfare and good zoning practice justify the proposed
amendme nt to the said Official Zoning Map as hereinafter set
forth.
OW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EN GLEWOOD, COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS:
