AN OIDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE 2 Of THE '69 E.M.C., REENACTING THE SAME
WITH AMENDMENTS PIOH•ITING THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, USE AND/OR POSSESSION Of
FIUWOIKS AS DEFINED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION AND LICENSING OF
PUILIC OI PRIVATE DISPLAYS THEREOF. . . \
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD,
COLOIADO, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 2-t-2 DEFINITION

Section 2-4-3 MANUFACTURE, SALE AND DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS

Sectlan 2-4-6 SEIZURE OF FIREWORKS
The pollca authority or the FIN Chief or his authorized •ent or •ents, shall seize, take,
