Section 1. That Chapter 22.S-Sa(lO) of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance, Ordinance Bo. 26, Series of 1963, i• hereby amended to read as
followa:
22.S-5a. Minimum Standard•
In consonance with the purpose of zoning regulations, as
•tated in this Comprehen•ive zoning Ordinance, •to lessen
conge•tion in the streets", the following are minimum
•tandards for parking space• to be maintained in connection
with the building• and u••• indicated, however, nothing in
th••• •tandard• •hall be dee .. d to deprive the owners or
operator• of ••id building• or u••• of the right to maintain
control over all such land and •tructures or to make whatever
change• they deem appropriate for the uae of such private
off-•treet parking •pace.
(10) Single-Family Dwelling ••• Two (2) spaces
per each dwelling unit.
Two or More Family Dwellings:
Efficiency Unit. • • • .One (1) space
per each dwelling unit.
One or Two Bedroom units •• One and one-half
(1-1/2) apace• per each dwelling unit.
Three or More Bedroom Units •• Two (2)
•paces per each dwelling unit
i. "Efficiency Unit" aa uaed herein, shall mean a
dwelling unit con•i•ting of one room and including a bathroom,
kitchen, hallway, closet• and dining alcove directly off of
the principal room, providing •uch dining alcove does not
exceed 125 aq. ft. in area.
