nance, in an 11mOant not to exceed th• co•t and expen••• of •aid improvements, including
engin-rinq, legal and all incid•tal expen•••, u provided by law.
Section 8. 'fh• i••uance of and payment ·for •aid bond• •hall be authorized
by an Ordinance later to be pa••ed in accordance with the Law of the State of Colorado,
th• Charter and •aid Chapter 14 of th• Jlunicipal COde of the City. The maximum rate
of intere•t on •pecial ••••~t bond8 for PaviftCJ Di•trict llo. 19, ahall not exceed
ta (10) per cat per annm, ·and •uch maximWD intere•t rate •hall be set forth in the
notice of ••l• of •aid bond•.
Section I. 'lh• Mayor and Director of Finance are hereby authorized to
advertiM for bid8 to oon•truat •uch iapr~t• and for bid• for aaid bonds to be
i•811ed, in three (3) con•ecutive weekly iaaue• of '!he BftCJlewood Herald, a newspaper
of gmeral circulation publi•hed in the City·of BncJlewood, which advertiaementa may
run ooncurrently with th• publication of thi• Ordinance.
Section 10. '!he City council hereby find• and determine• that the improve-
menu propoaed to be oon•truated and in•talled will confer a •pecial benefit upon the
pzoperty within the Diatrict and a 9eneral benefit upon the City •• a whole.
Section 11. All ordinance•, or part• thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed. '!hi• Ordinance, after it• final pa••89•• •hall be.recorded in a book kept for ·
that parpoM, ahall be authenticated by the •ignature• of the Mayor and Director of
Pinance, ex-officio City Clerk, and •hall be publi•hed in a newapaper having general
circulation in th• City.
Section 12. A public Bearing on the Ordinance will be held at the City Ball
in Bngl.uood, C:Olorado, on llonday, th• 16th day o~ March, 1970, at the hour of 8100
o'clock P.M.
