dential) to R-3-B (Multi-f .U.ly reaidential) certain real property
within the City of Bnglewood, Colorado, more particularly described
a• followa, to-wits
BeC)inning at the southweat corner of Lot 9, Block 18,
Jackson• Broadway Height•, thence east and along the south
line of Lot 9 extended 133 feet to a point on the norty-
aouth centerline of the alley in •aid Block 18: thence
north and along the centerline of the alley extended 280
feet to it• interaection with the centerline of west Oxford
Avenue, thence veat and along the centerline of West Oxford
Avenue 163 feet to it• interaection with the centerline of
South Bannock Street, thence south and along the centerline
of South Bannock Street 280 feet to it• intersection with
the south line of Lot 9 extended, thence east 30 feet to
the point of beginning.

of the City of Bnglewood, COlorado, the •aid Planning and Zoning
Camai••ion, in conaidering aaid application, held a public hearing
thereon, and otherviae CC1Dplied with the •aid Ordinance, and the
proviaion• of the Charter of the City of Bnglewood: and

heretofore recc:l mded to City Council of the City of Bnglewood,
COlorado, that the aforeaaid deacribed property should be in-
cluded within that zoning district known aa R-3-B (Multi-family
reaidential): and

Colorado, ha• conaidered the recO'""•ndation of said commission,
including the document• and record• accoaapanying the same, has held

Section 2. City JCouncil hereby find•, determines and
declare• that the hereinabove chaDCJe in aoning is justified by
