licenae a~il~at•a•t 21 year• of age and shall
furni•h evidence of graduation fraa an accredited school
of .. aaage offering a courae of at leaat 1,000 clock
ho.ara, .plua an additional 600 clinical hours in a licensed
health therapy eatablialmaentr or •hall show verified
evidence of having served an apprenticeship of two
year• under the direct •upervi•ion of a licensed masseur
or .. ••eu•e in a licensed health therapy establishment,
•uch apprenticeahip to have included a minimum of 500
clock hour• didactic training in anatomy, physiology,
ethic• and profea•ional relationship, plus 3,500
clinical hour• of practical ,experiencer or shall furnish
by properly atteated and executed affidavit satisfactory
proof that the applicant ha• served an apprenticeship
of at lea•t 3,500 hours under the direct supervision
of a licen•ed .. aaeur or .. •••u•e in a licensed health
therapy e•tabli•hlaent.

soliciting, procuring, pandering, pornography, meretricious display,

any other offenae involvin9 110ral turpitude within the ten (10)

li•hllent •hall illllediately upon being notified by the Chief of
Police of the City of Bn9lewood terminate the employment of •aid

(b) All tablea, lounge• and chair• uaed in the treatment
of patron• auat be covered with a fre•h, aanitary,
diapoaabl• liner or cover, or with a cloth sheet or cover
which ha• not previou•ly been uaed for a different

(c) 'l'OWela, robe•, bandage•, pada, or other articles
which COiie into contact with any part of the patron's
body •u•t be laundered, or ·cleaned and sterilized after
each uae, and before bein9 again used for a different
patronr .
