Failure to pay the whole assessment within aaid period of thirty days •hall be conclusively considered and held an election on the part of all peraona interested, whether under diaability or otherwiae, to pay in such inatallments. Sec~ion 7. By reaaon of the fact that bonds of said Paving Diatrict Ro. 17 are now outatandin9 and interest thereon will ahortly beccm• due and payable, fund• must be made available frma a• .. •811eftta at the earlieat poaaible date for payment of such intereat, and for the illmediate preaervation of the public property, health, pew and •afety, it ia hereby declared that an emergency exi•t• and that thia Ordinance •hall take effect upon its final pa••age. Section 8. All ordinance•, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. !'hi• Ordinance, after its final pa••llCJe, •hall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose, shall be authenticated by the aignaturea of the Mayor and Director of Finance, and ahall be publiahed in the Bn9lewood Herald, a news- paper of general circulation publiahed in said City, within seven day• after it• final pa•aa9e, and ahall be and remain irrepealable until the a•••• ... nta hereby made ahall be paid in full. Section 9. A public Bearing on the Ordinance will be held at th• City Ball in Bnglewood, Colorado, on Monday, the 16th day of June, 1969, at the hour of 8100 o'clock P.M., before con- aideration by the City Council of it• final passage and adoption.
