application, held a public hearing thereon and otherwiae fully complied
with the aaid ordinance and the proviaiona of th• Charter of the City
of Bnglewood, and

recc ended to City Council that the aforeaaid deacribed property should
be included within that zoning diatrict known aa B-2 (Bu•ineaa), and
