heretofore reccmaended to City council of the City of Englewood,
Colorado, that the afore•aid described property ahould be in-
cluded within that zoning di•trict known a• R-3-B (Multi-family
r••idential)r and,
mms, the city council of the city of Bnglewood,
Colorado, ha• con•idered the recoamendation of said coamission,
including the docuaenta and record• acc01Dpanying the same, has
held a public hearing upon the smne, and ha• concluded that the
public health, aafety, convenience, and welfare, as well as
good zoning practice ju•tif ies the inclu•ion of said property
within aaid zoning di•trict.

Section 1. Ordinance Ro. 26, Series of 1963, also known
a• Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the City of Englewood,
Colorado, together with the zoning map annexed thereto,.is hereby
-nded to rezone the property hereinabove de•cribed, from R-2-A
and R-2-B (both two-family zone district•) to R-3-B (Multi-family
reaidential).

and declare• that the hereinabove chan9e in zoning is justified
by public health, safety, convenience and welfare and by good
