The constru~tion of said street improvements in and for aaid Di stri ct, a s shown by the plans, s pecifications and maps thereof, repared by the Ci ty En gineer a nd approved by the City Council of said City and now on fil e i n the off ice of the Clerk of said City, be and the same i s hereby a uthori zed and ordered, the material to be used in the construction ot said street inprovements to b e in accordance with such maps, plans and s pecif'i c a tions. Section 5 . By virtue of and in pursuance of the aforesaid laws d the Cha rter ~n d Or di na nce fl o. 8 , Series 1959, as amended, of said City, ocal improvement bond s of the Ci ty sh a ll b e issued for the purpose of paying or t h e loc o.1 imp rovements i n th i s Ordinance described and provided to be constructed i n s aid Pav ing Di strict, in an amount not to exceed the cost of s aid inprov en e nts, includ ing engineering and all incidental expenses, as in said l a ws, Cha rter and Ordina nce pro,,ided. ,ect i~n b . Said bo nds shall be authorized by an Ordinance later to be passed in a ccord ance with the laws of the State of Colorado, the Charter d said Ordina nce t:o. 8 , Series 1959, as amended, of said City. ection 7 . Th e f,:ayor a nd City Clerk are hereby authorized to for bids to construct such i mp rovements and for bids for said e i ssued , in three (J) consecutive weekly issued of the Englewood d Enterp rise, a newsra per of g eneral circulation published in a dverti se bonds to Herald s o id Cit of this , whi ch a dvertisements ma y run concurrently with the publication 1rdinance. ection 8 . This Ordinance, after its final passage, shall be re- corded in a boo k ke p t f or that pur pose, shall be authenticated by the signa- tures of the i :ayor and City Clerk, Shall be published in said City, and after becoming e f fective, shall b e irre pealable until the bonds of said District shall be Paid in f ull. Section 1 0 . /\ public hearing on the Ordinance will be held at the City Hall i n Englewo od, Colora do, on Monday the 16th day of April, 1962, at the hour o f 6 :00 o'clock P . l~., and Notice of such hearing is hereby author- ized to be given by publica tion once in the Englewood Herald and Enterprise and Presa, i n i ts i ssue o f /lpril 5, 1962.
