be uaed and occupied by the property owner or any-

conatruction under an appropriate building permit)
unl••• and until a certificate of occupancy for the
UM of an opea area or area• ha• been obuined from
the Building Inapector to indicate that compliance
with the atandard• and requir ... nta of thi• Section

the parking of the private, non-co ercial motor
vehicle• of cu•toa•r• or employ•• and u•• by

drained, and hard •urfaced with aaphalt or
concrete paving. Such pav-.it ahall be kept

Section 3. 'ftlat all ordinance•, remolution•, by-law., and regulation•
of the City, in conflict with thi• ordinance, are hereby repealed to the extent
only of auch incon•i•tency. 'l'hi• repealer 8hall not be oon•trued to revive any
ordinance, remolution, by-law, or regulation, or part thereof, heretofore
repealed.
